Relax... we’ve all
been there and life go on. Sometimes we must walk through the
shadows in order to find the sunlight.
Wherever you are (unless you’re operating a
vehicle) take a deep breath, let your muscles relax and your
thought simply drift and ‘let it go’.
Using a little bit of
self-hypnosis, you can talk with your
subconscious mind and turn a stressful situation into a
moment of peace and tranquility. Don’t worry... you don’t
have to chant or convert to a new religion; simply use the
power of YOUR mind. Something that every single one of has,
we simply must learn to utilize its power.
Hypnosis and self-hypnosis is not something
new, it’s now based on religion, it simply a way to tap into
the power of your subconscious. So how to do it?
1. If possible, find somewhere quiet
where you can relax and not be interrupted for a few
minutes.
2. Set the light low, if the mood
strikes you, light a candle although that isn’t mandatory.
3. Do you have some soothing music
you can play? Nothing with words or a heavy beat, just
something soothing.
4. Sit down and relax; it’s not
necessary to assume any strange or unusual posture, just be
comfortable, perhaps take off your shoes, loosen your tie...
just relax.
5. Now... take a deep breath. Then
another... imagine all your cares, worries and anxieties
flowing away from you as you exhale...
6. Say this to yourself either
mentally or softly to yourself... I am relaxed and comfortable
all my cares and worries are disappearing.
Continue breathing and
relaxing as you whisper the above to yourself.
7. Imagine your life EXACLTY as you
want it to be. Vividly see every detail of how you want your
life to be. See it... believe it as if it were happening THIS
VERY moment.
8. Continue to breathe deeply.
Gently tense your muscles one at a time, then relax them
completely.
9. Begin to awaken... coming to full
alertness. The day is beautiful... you are relaxed and
comfortable with yourself. Your life is becoming exactly what
you want it to be.
As you use the above relaxation exercise in
your daily life, you’ll find yourself beginning to realize your
dreams... accomplishing your goals.
Using self-hypnosis... you will become a
calmer and better person. You will become a person who feels
good about themselves; a person who feels good about their
friends and family and the possibilities the future holds.
In the days and weeks that follow
your accomplishments will improve and you will feel ever better
about yourself, your life and what lies ahead.
